The 'SSC - Staff Selection Commission' is making a recruitment to the post of 'Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)' in a general Central Service Group-C Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial posts in various Central Government Ministries/ Departments/ Offices in different States/ Union Territories. SSC invites applications from the eligible candidates to apply for the SSC MTS (Non-Technical) 2017 Recruitment.

SSC Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) 2017 Recruitment Details:

Name of the Recruitment: SSC Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff.
No.of Post(s): Total 8300 Posts (Tentatively).
Age Limit: Candidate's Age must be in between 18-25 years as on 01.08.2017 (i.e. candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1992 and not later than 01.08.1999).
(Note: The Age relaxation will be given as per the Government of India rules).
Application Fee: Rs. 100 (Rupees One hundred only).
(Note: All Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying application fee, as per extant government orders).
Mode of Payment: The candidates may submit the requisite fee through State Bank of India only either in the form of challan, generated online, or through SBI Net Banking. Payment can also be made through any Credit or Debit Card.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed Matriculation Examination OR equivalent from a recognized Board (As on 01.08.2017).
Scheme of Examination: The written examination will consist of
(a) Paper-I: Objective type paper and
(b) Paper-II: Descriptive type paper.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be shortlisted for the Paper-II on the basis of their performance in Paper-I. Paper-II will only of qualifying nature.
